for 55acee Platform Users

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "55acee," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 55acee platform, operated under an international gaming licence, and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the 55acee website accessible at https://55acee.net, its mobile-optimised version, and any associated applications or interfaces through which Services are provided.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, slot, and any other interactive products offered through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency supported on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposit amounts, or other incentives credited to a User's account as part of a 55acee promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 55acee Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 55acee or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 55acee due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not using any automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• You are registering and using the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge the financial risk involved in gambling activities.

55acee reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an account at any time if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the 55acee Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You undertake to keep this information current throughout the duration of your account.

As part of its KYC obligations under its international gaming licence, 55acee may request the following documentation at any stage:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to your name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 55acee may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. 55acee will not process withdrawals on unverified accounts holding balances above the minimum KYC threshold.

55acee supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change at 55acee's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

All deposit transactions are processed in PKR. 55acee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are imposed by the Platform on standard PKR deposits. Any currency conversion costs imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 55acee does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the Cashier.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 55acee reserves the right to request evidence that any deposited funds originate from a legitimate source.

Users may request withdrawal of available funds (i.e., real-money balance, net of any active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

55acee targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. 55acee makes no binding guarantee regarding withdrawal processing times.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC documentation has been provided and approved.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed.
• 55acee reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or large amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the registered user's own name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.

55acee offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cricket-specific promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion at the time of offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 55acee promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
3. Bonus Funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms — typically 7 to 30 days.
4. 55acee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Users who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
5. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
6. If 55acee has reasonable grounds to believe a user is exploiting bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns, or collusion — 55acee reserves the right to void bonus winnings and take further action in accordance with Section 8.

All bets placed on the 55acee Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail for that product only.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 55acee does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault — 55acee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account.
• For live in-play betting, odds are subject to change in real time. 55acee accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that were accurate at the time of placement but have since moved.
• Cricket betting markets (including PSL, international T20Is, and domestic matches) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, specific void/settlement rules apply as detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section.
• All casino games, slots, and live dealer outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or live physical results. 55acee does not influence, nor is it possible to manipulate, the outcome of any certified game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55acee Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of known system vulnerabilities in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or low-risk staking patterns specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements while maintaining near-zero risk exposure.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime. 55acee is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Attempting to access another user's account, or sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local or international law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC verification process.

• The 55acee name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 55acee. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Game content displayed on the Platform is licensed from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55acee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting or gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party outages.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) or banking infrastructure outside of 55acee's control.
• Loss of data, account access, or winnings arising from circumstances beyond 55acee's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the user in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including live odds, statistics, or match data that may be subject to latency or data-feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55acee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

55acee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 55acee will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended term, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 55acee's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under 55acee's applicable gaming licence. The decision of such mechanism shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55acee from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
